I need help with setting up Google Adsense.?

The DNS part where I am trying to add IP addresses and stuff. I'm really confused and I have been reading the directions on Google Adsense for like 20 minutes. I have a Domains.com website. Does anyone know how to do that on domains.com? Thanks!I need help with setting up Google Adsense.?
