Does anyone have a restaurant style drunken noodles recipe. Complete with directions.?

I've seen most of the ones you can google and tried a couple. Looking for a recipe now that is a little more tried and tested. Plus I'm not too familiar with wok cooking so I need detailed directions. Does anyone have a restaurant style drunken noodles recipe. Complete with directions.?
Just make sure your wok is nice and hot. That's what it means by "until a haze appears". The trick to most stir fried dishes is speed. Get all of your ingridients ready, and line them up in the order that they will go into your wok, or pan. Then when your wok is properly heated, follow the recipe and enjoy. Remember to "stir" while frying. You can use lemon grass in place of the lime leaves, or a bit of fresh lime juice, or neither. And just use regular soy sauce. It won't make that much of a difference.

Drunken Noodles (Pad Ki Mow)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 clove garlic (minced)

2 small red or green chiles

4 ounces Sen Yai noodles (broad flat rice noodles)

1 small onion, diced

1 medium tomato, diced

4 kaffir lime leaves

6 sweet basil leaves

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 small sweet red or green pepper, diced

In a wok or skillet, heat the oil until a light haze appears.

Add the garlic and chiles, and fry until the garlic is golden brown.

Add the noodles, stir; add the remaining ingredients and stir well until the peppers begin to cook but are still al dente.

Turn onto a platter and serve.
