Commuting options from fremont bart station to facebook in palo alto?

I live close to fremont bart and interested to know options to commute by public transportation to 1601 s. california avenue, palo alto.

I have tried google directions for public transportation options and the closest is for me to take a ride to union city bart. I was wondering if AC transit bus "U" would take me closer - this way I can directly reach without a hop to Union City BART.
