Im not very smart with directions unless they are typed out so simple that a 5th grader can follow them. I need direction both ways from Anderson,IN to Chicago's O'Hare airport %26amp; how long does it take to get there. My choice would be to access I-65 North where it would be easiest for you. From that point:



Take I-65 North to I-80/94 West.



Exit on to I-80 West, towards Iowa, until reaching I-294



Take I-294 North towards Wisconsin, to I-190 West/O'Hare exit



Then follow the signage to either parking or terminals based on where you are headed. This route takes you around Chicago, rather than through it, so should be quicker/easier than a route through the city. Time wise, depending on traffic, I would allow at least 4 hours.



The reverse trip would be:



I-190 East towards Chicago to I-294



Take I-294 South towards Indiana



At I-80 merge, continue east towards Indiana



Stay on I-80/94, until exiting at I-65 South towards Indy.
